Reade: Well, it's an honour

Troi: -walks in just as Data says 'examing my circuits'- Is there something wrong with you're circuits Data?

Reade: -looks at Troi- Not at all, Commander Data is giving me the honour of looking at his circuitry. As I just told Commander LaForge and Commander Data; my mother and father were doing reaserch about Dr. Soong on Betazed before my father died.

Troi: Oh I'm sorry for your loss. Are you Betazoid?

Reade: It's alright, it was quite a while ago. I'm half Betazoid. My father was human

Troi: What a coincidence, my father was human as well. What are the odds of that? -looks at Data- Don't you dare answer that.

(1st post on page 1, 2 and 3!)

Data: The odds would be quite hard to calculate Commander Troi but i do believe that i could calculate them if needed

Troi: Data, it was rhetorical

Reade: -smiles- I think it`s amazing that he can lift very heavy things, move extermly fast, and process information at amazing speeds, but he doesn`t understand sacrasm, emotions or rhetorical questions.

Data: I was not programmed by Dr. Soong to understand emotions they way humans do although i am constantly trying to be more human

Reade: -to LaForge- So when would it be posible to examine Commander Data`s circuits

(ack, my question mark is doing the  É  again! If something seems like a question but has no question mark that`s cus of the É, or if it`s an É )

LaForge: We could do it right now if Lieutenant-Commander Data is in agreement

Reade: That would be great. Is that alright with you Commander Data

Data: I see no reason against doing it right now.

Reade: Perfect. -stands up- I have to get my notebook, then I`ll meet you in engineering. Thank you again -practically skips away because she`s excited-

--10 minutes later, Engineering--

Reade: -walks in- Wow, now I see why everyone is so impressed with the Enterpise

Data: The Enterprise is one of the most advanced ships in the fleet. If you would like Ensign Reade i could read off the schematics of the ship.

Reade: Maybe later, right now I would really like to take some notes about your ciruitry. -to LaForge- is everything ready Commander

LaForge: Everything is ready all thats left is for Commander Data to be deactivated -Deactivates Data-

Reade: -walks over to Data- And to open him up is just -looks at notes, looks at Data, taps spot on head, panel opens- Wow, this is really advanced. -examines Data- This is amazing. -to LaForge- I have a little something that I think will help him out, is it alright if I instal it -hands to LaForge to look over-

LaForge: I see nothing wrong with installing this.
