Thanks for the feedback. I loved the first one, I liked the second one ONLY for the bot battles. Trying to decide if I will see the third. My son may end up making the decision for me.

I saw Transformers today. All I can say about it is "meh." Nothing new but the girl and Mr. Bay spends way to much time exploiting her.


As far as ST references, I noticed four.


1. the clip from Amok Time


2. The Enterprise reference


3. The Spock quote


4. In Bee's farewell at the launch pad, he uses a sound clip from Spocks "you have been my friend" speech.

Near the begining. The two little transformers living with sam are watching it on TV. One of them comments that it's the one when Spock goes nuts.

No, the real Buzz was in the movie. Also, there was another similarity with ST09. I won't give it away since some haven't seen Transformers yet. Hint: it happens near the end, in space.
