A self-sealing stem bolt! Hahaha. I know, it has to be a species.

I'd actually go w/ Founder.... minus the extremely frightening Dominion.

It would be SERIOUSLY fun to get a job as a spy. Espionage and flying through space whenever I feel like it? Hells yeah!

Also think about the pranks you could pull. Like when all of Odo's furniture in his quarters is moved a fraction of an inch?? Just think of the sneaky possibilities....

I wish someone would develop a series centered around shifters in general. But noooo....it's always gotta be vampires (not that Buffy and TrueBlood aren't fantastic!). It's just w/ shifter characters the plot lines would be practically infinite.

Perhaps Joss Whedon should do it....that would be marvelous.

Ah yes, and the whole shapeshifter trope is as old as the hills! Closest existing movies / series I can think of with extensive use of shapeshifting (into multiple forms) are Animorphs and Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko ~~ one a series aimed at kids and teens, and the other an anime movie.
