If you liked 2009, then you'll probably like 2012, and vice-versa. I found 2009 to be the worst Trek movie ever,
We know from the multiple times you've felt the need to remind us.
and so I won't bother seeing 2012.
Nor commenting on it I assume?

>I bet you the 'haters' of 2009 will obviously see 2012 if only to get more ammunition. You're not serious when you say that you won't see it.
>There's ways of seeing it illegally without paying so that on principle you won't be contributing to the box office but you will see it. You know you will.
>You know I didn't liked GEN but still saw FC.

Tell the truth and shame the devil. You know they will watch it, somehow, and then come back here or, on another ST-oriented board, and talk cyber smack until their widdle fingers bleed.

>Ya wanna know what I think ? I think Star Trek is at a a crossroads at a point where it can sink or swim, All of you loyal TNG and DS9 fans LOST, forget about INTELLIGENT, sci fi stories and great ADVENTURES, instead in the sequels, you'll get LOADS AND LOADS of action, SPOCK ACTING MORE like a immature thirty something, Kirk acting like a Jerk, weak villians, Klingons in masks and TRENCH COATS ?? Thank you JJ ABRAMS only you could had done this to our Star Trek.

Intelligence dosnt seem to be a very prize possessions anymore. Not by the general public and it seems not by a lot of Star Trek fans. Besides its just a remake of Star Wars. If i want to watch Star Wars, ill watch Star Wars. I dont need Star Trek to become a carbon copy.

Really? Upon what do you base this statement?
I think it's ironic that someone would challenge the intelligence of others while using a pharase overflowing with grammatically-incorrect elements like "intelligence dosnt seem to be a very prize possessions anymore," but maybe that's just me.

See, I didn't think the 2009 movie "sucked." I thought it was pretty good, so yeah, I'll go see the 2012 movie, and I'll most likely enjoy it.

I know i'll enjoy it for sure. Then I'll watch it a second time and say...well I don't exactly agree witht his, but whatever. Then months later, I can come here and watch the DVD/Blueray/or Digital Copy and scrutinize all the things I would have done differently. But in the end I'll still like it.

That's pretty much the story with EVERY Trek movie, though...except with the rare exception... Once Trek fans start scrutinizing, you can find flaws anywhere.
