Looking for information on a video shown at Universal Studios in the late 80s.

I recall going to Universal Studios sometime in '88 or '89. I was probably about 8 or 9 at the time. My main memories are seeing the Miami Vice stunt show (outside) and a Star Trek feature (inside). Shatner starred in the feature, and this was not one of the "Star Trek Adventures" that you commonly see on YouTube. Instead, Kirk had somehow found information on the future of the Enterprise and the crew that would run it someday. This crew was the case of The Next Generation, and I specifically recall Kirk shock and wonder that a Klingon might someday serve on the Enterprise.

I suppose that this was done to introduce old Trekkies to a (relatively) new series. I was hoping to find this video online somewhere, to rewatch what I can only vaguely remember, but I've had no luck. There is not even any information about it on iMDB, which makes sense, since it wasn't some major, wide-released production.

Do any of you remember this video? Does anyone know where I can find it?

Thanks a lot, in advance, for your help.

Was it part of the "Universal Studios - Star Trek Adventure" attraction? There are several videos of it on Youtube.

I imagine it was, though I can't say for sure. Generally, the "Adventures" involved members of the audience. This was not the same. It was just Kirk reviewing the cast of TNG and commenting. I believe this was when NextGen had just started, and I think they were using the feature to introduce the show and new characters to people.

I've not been able to find this particular video on YouTube, though I have seen plenty of the other Star Trek Adventures. If anyone has seen it on YouTube, though, I would greatly appreciate the information.
