TOS! TAS was mostly a lot of far-fetched nonsense. Kind of entertaining sometimes, though. But, giant caterpillars but kirk and spock in a zoo? Inteligent plants poison sulu? The Enterprise computer turns into a practical joker? And why do they have holodecks?

TOS. TAS was nice when there was no TOS and TNG was a long way off but ultimately TOS had the better episodes.

TOS is clearly better but the Animated series is fun. To bad it didn't last longer. I consider the set to be the 4th season of sorts.

Are you sure it isn't time for a colorful metaphor?
