Okay, that "The new Journal of Animal Ethics is calling for the term pets to be dropped saying it derogatory to the animals." line is probably the most idiotic thing I've heard all day. It's nearly as bad as "Spring Spheres."

Do the animals really care about what they're called? No. As long as we take proper care of them, they don't care what we call them.

And hear I always thought that “pet” meant “companion animal”. Obviously I was grossly mistaken.

Actually we considered her half Tribble-half Changling - yet this changeling preferred to stay in the shape of a canine from the scottish highlands of Earth (a collie).

What else would a Changling do with all that hair?
