>Apparently Tom occupied every point in universe after going warp 10 too.

>PARIS: Oh, yeah. I was, I was staring at the velocity indicator. It said warp 10. And then, as I watched it, I suddenly realised that I was watching myself as well. I could see the outside of the shuttle. I-I could see Voyager. I could see inside Voyager. I could see inside this room. For a moment, I was everywhere. I mean everywhere, Captain. With the Kazon, back home, with the Klingons, other galaxies. It was all there. I don't know how else to explain it. It was like... Well, no, it wasn't like anything.

>That's amazing how his mind was able to sort all that out where he can distinctively remember being with the Kazon, Klingons, other galaxies (how did he know he saw something in another galaxy anyway?).  I wonder if he saw every person that was having sex at that moment too.

>

Who would have known Tom was such a voyeur.

Anyway, that's impossible for about nine hundred very good and very obvious reasons which have been so often repeated there's no point in doing so.  It's no wonder it was pulled from canon.

I've looked into that claim before.  It hasn't been pulled from canon as far as I know.

Braga stated many times that he considers it out of continuity with the series.  R. D. McNeil once said he considers it all a dream Tom had.

>I would imagine the Voyager warp 10 was on a different scale. It may be something like the difference between TOS warp and TOS transwarp introduced on the Excelsior class ship in ST:III.

Agreed.  At some point it gets silly to keep counting ever increasing decimals of nine on your warp factors.  A new scale would be needed eventually.  Cardinal uses a scale where 15 is the new upper limit, with 13.5 the equivilant to 9.997

This is because the episode Threashold wasn't really planned out very well.

The episode has been regarded as unofficially being struck from star trek canon as stated here:

Even though the producers and fans don't like the episode and like to pretend it never happened, that doesn't make it officially non-canon.  There may not be an official method of removing an episode from canon right now.  You yourself stated last month apparently that they need a "show-runner" to do that.

You do need a show-runner.  Braga was show-runner at the time, and made that decission, just as Gene and Fontana had decided that TAS was non-canon years before.  Until someone changes that (which you would need a show-runner for), it remains.

I never minded this episode honestly. Yes the whole lizard thing is a little silly, but other than that particular aspect, I think it's a great episode.
