^ You mean the fan base who got a third season through a write-in campaign? The fan base who got Congress to name a space shuttle "Enterprise"?

The Wrath of Harry Mudd would make a great movie! That of how angry he would be after being stranded with an army of android copies of his wife! There's a vendetta.

I agree, and this is a great poll by the way. Harry Mudd and Kirk as so funny to watch. The first and the second time

Yes Charlie-X
Wkat ever happen to him after he grew up?
To me the question would be would he be mad at the Captain or as an adult would he forgive the good Captain Kirk for sending him back to the ones that he could not even touch??

He was a punk and obviously held personal vendettas. Though I hate Of Gods and Men, I believe it is something Charlie would have done.

Mudd is unappreciated. He had silly episodes, yes, but he managed to make very difficult situations. His episodes were very complex as was the character. I loved Mudd because he wasn't a villain, but an amoral and self serving individual who would be both helpful and a hindrance. One of the few antagonists to not be "evil".

My favorite of these characters is the Romulan commander (Mark Lenard). However, he wasn't really into it. He was, as he said, a creature of duty. He does not seem the vengeful type. I voted "Other" imagining some random STD, but the poll seems to have taken my vote as something else because "Other" still has 0 votes.

I'd say Gary Mitchell's return as a vengeful godling would make for an epic movie. Sort of like The Final Frontier, but good.
Although it would have been a neat twist to have Harry Mudd as the villain in a major motion picture. "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Mudd". It has a nice ring to it.

That idea was actually used somewhere else I seem to remember ...
Harry Mudd was never meant to be a serious villain. I'm sure we all realise that. He was a likeable rogue - not a nasty, devious monster like Khan.

The Wrath of Kahn - all the way. I'm surprised that wasn't like, 99%.
But "The Wrath of Mudd"? Puh-leeez! He's pretty much just a pain in the butt who needs to be kicked in the butt. and he's got a big butt to kick. SO not a nemesis, or even a villain. Just a likeable scoundrel. not a loveable scoundrel, just a likeable scoundrel.

Kahn was great, revenge driven villain. Before Kirk exciled him, he was just a power mad would be conqueror.
Captain Tracy, on the other hand , was an out and out EVIL S.O.B.
Plus, Kirk would have had a far more difficult time taking Tracy on in a battle of star ships ! Unlike Kahn, who had never comanded a ship, Tracy would have been an even match to Kirk.
Nothin' say fun like a horny monkey !
