Yes- but not all mixed together on one plate.

Here's the method. hmm hmm!

You take the pastry top off the pie. Just a plain mince or meat pie.

You scoop vanilla ice cream, on the top.

You scoop the meat, pastry and ic cream with the potato chip. Plain chippies or crisps, are the best.

Don't knock it, until you try it.

LOL And, even more for you. I'm not a huge fan of chips or meat pie. Unless you're talking about the English 'chips', American 'fries.' I like fries...but not chips/crisps.

Baked Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

    * 1 lb chicken cut tenderloins
    * 3/4 cup wing sauce
    * 2 oz crumbled bleu cheese
    * 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
    * 1/2 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
    * 1 cup crushed potato chips
    * Hot sauce, optional
    *

Method

Marinate chicken in wing sauce for 30-60 minutes. Remove chicken from sauce. Allow excess to drip off and place on a nonstick coated baking sheet. Brush with dressing of choice and add hot sauce to taste, if desired. Combine cheeses and dip chicken into cheese. Next, dip into crushed potato chips to coat. Bake 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees.

I, actually, decided on this chicken because I love spicy food, and buffalo sauce...but buffalo wings are useless, in my opinion. Too much work and mess for too little meat.

i'd hope that there would be some "brownie points" when considering all the protein!  I bet it would taste fine with reduced fat peanut butter too!  I like skippy!

A nice chump leg of lamb or butterflied and marinated (plum sauce) pork loin would go down nicely with some baked veggies and  maybe a blackberry tart with vanilla ice cream for dessert sounds like a good plan.

you gotta recipe for said plum sauce?

We have a store across the street (international market) that has strawberries all year round...and they're usually of the abnormally giant variety. I usually work for most holidays (I do it on purpose, to avoid family ), so i would just have to find the right time when we're low on snack food around the house, to make this thing.
