For Irish Creme, I prefer Saint Brendan's Irish Cream Liqueur


Another nice drink is a whiskey sour.


I also really like sambuca, but it's so sweet, I can only have a small amount.


One of my favorite desserts is a Mud Slide - ice cream, crushed ice, chocolate syrup, Irish Creme & Kaluha.


And on a cold night with a fire - add peppermint schnapps to my hot chocolate

It's been a while since I had it, but I think Baileys... Or maybe that's just by default since I rarely drink liqueur -- who knows?

I remember sampling those flavoured Bailey's before they came to market.  One of my chums works for Diageo and we get lots of weird previews.


 


Anywho, Rumple Minze is my favourite liqueur.

 Most liqueurs are to sweet for my taste, mostly shots of JD and dark beer serve me well.
