Nope. I guess none of the stories lent itself to a toilet scene, even though Voyager loved gratuitous sonic shower scenes.

There is a great thread here titled "don't you people from the 24th century ever pee" where we had great fun months ago discussing this if you want to dig it up. I believe we concluded that we expect toilet tech to change little.

From what I understand, you really don't want to see a Bolian toilet.

Well i want to talk about shower scenes, but what the hey.

It is obvious that the people in the 24th century expel waste in the normal matter. It is also obvious that no one really needs to see them do it.

That would be a massive waste of energy. Recycled into energy like the replicators do, maybe. But probably after some plumbing, not IN the toilet. Many a freshman in the academy might be killed if they did.

Some waste can be recycled even with today's technology.

It is certainly possible that in the future man will find a way to recycle almost all the waste expelled by the body.

I hate to be a know-it-all, especially on the topic of Trek Toilets, but it is false that you never see a toilet in Star Trek:

If you look closely when you watch the movie, it actually says

Toilets are rarely seen in any show.

This is the brig scene from "Star Trek V- The Final Frontier." I found the pictures using google, which directed me to Memory Alpha.
