Got to love the fully functional antennae. From "The Andorian Incident" teaser, I knew the episode could do no wrong.

And this

"Fully functional", accessing...  The less said about that the better.

I need to dress up as an Andorian. I need to know how good of an Andorian I'd make.

Agreed, though I'm a bit worried I'd be terrible Andorian, which would be very upsetting!

"The Andorians were the only positive contribution ever made to Trek by the series Enterprise and that was 90% Jeffrey Combs."

Considering the greatness that is Jeffrey Combs, I would venture to say it was more than 90%. If you ever watch anything else he has been in, well, prepare to be thoroughly impressed. What I have seen of his one man show, Nevermore: An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe, is truly amazing. And of course Re-Animator, which I feel obligated to mention.

I too was disappointed not to see in Andorians, even as background, in ST09. Seems we should have seen a few here and there considering what an important role they played in the UFP's history and creation.

I agree. JJ dropped the ball on that one, yet put an Orion in Starfleet. And a red-headed one at that.

Exactly, there was no real reason for her even being in the film, but then there is a whole list of things wrong with that film.

Perhaps all could have been forgiven if we saw a bit of blue skin in the background.

If only ENT had been given a chance at a 5th season!

I can understand how it happened though. Orci and Kurtzman were more TNG fans than TOS fans, and the TNG Era notoriously went out of its way to not have Andorians or Tellerites...two founding Federation members.

Which is unfortunate, they were also lacking in Vulcans except that one female science officer and male engineer, who was also on VOY as his twin or something, and background of course. Could have settled for background, just so they have a presence.

And I just can't help wondering what kind of shenanigans Shran would get up on the Enterprise.

So my Mac's webcam has a "thermal" filter effect and it makes you look pretty blue. And I've decided that I'd make a good Andorian, and I still have time to get everything I need before my local Con.

No such feature on my webcam. Just asked a friend that knows how to use an image editting software to paint me blue with white hair.

Hm, well I think that depends on who is the Andorian and who is the Vulcan, though that neck pinch...

Well their conflict did span decades, so I wouldn't call it it that cut and dry.

Who would have won eventually, Vulcan thanks to the aggressive Romulan influance no doubt, but on even terms it's a bit harder to especulate.
