Caretaker (I really like this episode because I think it gave a strong start to the series.)

My favorite changes from time to time, but right now its "Hope and Fear".

I liked Equinox, it was interesting to see the flip side of what a Starfleet officer would do to get home. I forget the name of the episode because I do not have that season but I also enjoy the one when the Doctor is the "Emergency Command Hologram". I just love the Doctor.

Caretaker, Heroes and Demons, Projections, Meld, Death Wish, Deadlock, Tuvix, Futures End I and II, The Q and the Grey, Scorpion I and II, Scientific Method, Year of Hell I and II, Mortal Coil, Waking Moments, Message in a Bottle, Living Witness, Night, Timeless, Thirty Days, Latent Image, Dark Fronier I and II, Course: Oblivion, Someone to Watch Over Me, Equinox I and II, Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy, Virtuoso, Critical Care, Body and Soul, Lineage, Q2, Author Author, and finally... Endgame.

It is impossible to pick only one favorite. And I'm frankly amazed that I managed to list all these off the top of my head.

Scorpion 1 and 2, and most Seven of Nine where she's the main story.
