I always liked that line its really funny but I imagine it was really just a joke for us the audience.

Even the Q have their moral limitations. Q wouldn't allow Q to commit suicide.

Yes that is true but remember in the end when Janeway ruled that he could commit suicide. Q helped him commit suicide by getting him the poison that he needed and as I recall in another episode Q began a civil war based on freedom which the Q that commited suicide fought for.

well, Q wasnt known to kill any race or species. although he did come close a few times. maybe he knew the Borg would be no match for the Federation? Q got in trouble for messing around with species too much, that was the reason he lost his powers for awhile, remember?

until corbin bernson gave them back to him! hahahahahahahaaaa
