Tried all those techniques in the past. Nothing works for me here.  Oh well.

Did you try the copy/paste method?  That's usually the fastest & easiest.

Testing to see if i did this correct.  I want to upload a picture into the galleries, of a special 50th birthday cake, a friend made me,  in July.

Guess it didn't work.

Copy and Paste doesn't seem to work for me.

Uploading images into the gallery is completely different than posting a picture in the forum.

To upload a picture into the gallery, you just need to click the "browse" button and point to where the picture is on your hard drive.  It will then copy the picture up onto the StarTrek website.

To post a picture in the forums, you're basically pasting a link to the photo (must already be on the internet) - the easiest I've found is to right-click the photo and copy the image and then paste into the reply window.

Okay, since I'm a bit dim....

Can someone run this by me again? I used to copy a paste images on the old boards, but these boards won't let me paste anything.

Yes, pasting image still works.  While you can use the HTML IMG code to post an image, it's really easier to just paste the photo into the reply box.

In Windows, go to an image (must be on the internet, not your local computer) and right-click and select "copy".  Then in the ST.Com reply box, just type CTRL + V and the image will show up.
