She had many clothes, but I like her the most in standard Starfleet uniform.

Agreed, I also like her aqua body suit that has legs and long skirt flap thing.

Agreed - sure, I love the catsuit but it was too revealing, I prefer this look overall.

Duty uniform. If the doctor could wear a uniform to work, why can't the shrink? Plus, it is hard to take your therapist seriously when you are starting at her boobs.

She looked better in the later series and the films. Early on they made her look too much like a doll. She wasn't particularly sexy like that - even though that was clearly the intention. The hairstyle and the skirts, the plunging necklines etc. - it made it difficult to take her seriously. Compare her in the early shows and then the later films - a different character altogether and a more rounded mature one. Less Barbie doll ...

Ironically I always found both Tasha Yar and Beverley Crusher to be far more sexy as leading ladies in the show.
