No if B&B chose to name the Ship Valiant

and use the name of the Captain heard in TOS

we would have gotten a very different pre-quel

BUll CRAP! you and the other bashers would just compain about something else if that had been done.

Putting production politics aside they tried to sell Ent as 100 yrs before Kirk which puts it pre-E/R war. and Kirk and Crew in mind. Then deliver a Pre-TNG series rubbed people the wrong way. You really need to have not seen TOS to enjoy ENT

Again wolf i say BULL CRAP!!! i watched everything except TAS by the time that Enterprise had come onto the air, and i had no problem accepting it. and the same is true of many other fans as well.

Meh, so? Guest stars does not a requirement make. All the information a casual viewer/non-fan needed (and you forgot Scotty) was in the episode

He also forgot about Sarek being in a couple of episodes.

Riker said End Program and the show was over. Are you saying there was content beyond the credits like in Ironman ?

god wolf will you just this hologram bull crap? you lost that arguement years ago, and the only reason to bring it up agian is if you plan to start trolling the boards again.

That whole theory of interphasec space is hard to understand for me but Kirk was in more than one place just not all at once
Simple, really: Interphasic Space is the border between realities. Probably another layer of Subspace (to use TNG parlance). Kirk was out of Phase with any universe; he simply "didn't exist" till he was "anchored" on one universe or another. He was in one place, the interphasic rift, as was the Defiant. When Spock fired on the Thoilan web-spinner and "disturbed the water", the Defiant (which was further along in "phasing out" was kicked out of the rift. Had Kirk remained in the rift, he (rather his dead body) would have eventually phased out too. Basically: Had the Defiant not been there, and Spock fired, Kirk would have been kicked out-- and likely dead. But the ship was there and took the "hit". And IAMD, and we find out the rift might have been created by the Mirror Thoilans (I can't remember if they created or was widening it) and that it has a temporal aspect to in addition to its trans dimensional nature. See, easy.

in other words Limbo space.

I'm still searching for more errors, Yanks.

Well, I'm about ready to ask the admins to delete this and start over.

Understandable. I'd be interested in a similar thread for all the series, to compare and contrast, and to collect all perceived inconsistencies.
