I may have seen a subject like this before, but not sure when?

Anyhow, is it feasible for it to happen and why, or not?

Views?

Sorry for the incorrect heading folks!

"take" over. ~sigh~

Nope. Do you really want Stealburg getting his grubby hands all over it? Him and is buddy George?
yikes. Uh uh nope.

He felt that his whole life was some kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it. -Douglas Adams (1952-2001)

I would not be opposed to
a co-op between Paramount
and Disney, or anyone else,
when it comes to making any
STAR TREK. Movie Houses have
joined forces before and with
some success. CLOSE ENCOUNTERS
comes to mind. And both Disney
and Paramount are major players.
I'd welcome it. Having said all
that, my love of STAR TREK is
neatly bracketted by THE NEXT
GENERATION ... it's all I need!

Who's got their grubby hands on it already?

So you're not opposed to it? Cool!

Some would say that it is a "Mickey mouse" outfit already.

What say you?

How about driving around in a "Mini?"

^ Let's just say, when it pop's into my mind randomly, it has a possibility of happening. I get the forecast sometimes. It was a random thought otherwise. It wouldn't be a bad thing though. They would spend the money on it, I agree with you. Disney would be careful to stick to the ST. integrity. They would lose the loyal fans otherwise and it would tank.

Animation helps.
Nothing wrong with the Captain wanting cheese though.

Disney are just a little too rightwing and neo-con politically (in)correct for my tastes. Star Trek has been thoroughly neutered enough over the years without letting this lot finish it off!

There is a plus side to a Disney partnership the Trek Theme park rides could be started again. when Paramount sold its parks Trek rides were shut down.

Well, Disney at least knows how to capitalize on a good product (though to death). CBS just sits on trek thinking it will hatch itself.

You think this thread will get a 24 hour notice or just disappear like Pirate Master?
