When times go bad. And you can't get enough.
Won't you lay me down in the tall grass.
And let me do my stuff ...

Truer words were never spoken, sir!

Often wonder what makes her work.

I guess I'll leave that question to the experts
(assuming that there are some out there).

They're probably alone ... solitaire.

Even though this poll is about her beauty, I'd like to add
that I consider her contribution to STAR TREK to be at least
as relevant as Edith Keeler's from City on the Edge of Forever,
or Eline's from Inner Light ... she ranks right up there, for sure.

Someone (other than me) even made a cheesy fansite devoted to Rain Robinson.
At least, their heart was in the right place ...

Thought I might resurrect this old thread - what do you think mirror Rain Robinson would be like?

"Officer Thinking", Lieutenant_Jedi ...
I guess I'll get the ball rolling, then -
with this representation of that intoxicating vision ...

Excellent job.

We need to find a place for her in the mirror MR thread.

HAHAHA. Women are definately nicer with pointy bits, lol. Jolene is far hotter with long hair too. Since Vulcan women had long hair in TOS, she should have too, though I know it would be unconventional by TNG standards.

That Moe Howard hairdo was almost as bad as the catsuit

Chuckle. The Vulcans may be masters of logic, but they are terrible at hairstyles.

She's alright, I guess.  Not bad looking really, though the voice is annoying as hell.

I find her voice to be very feminine,
pleasing to listen to. She's also very
talented, as a writer, actress, musician ...

And her fame does not revolve around
STAR TREK! Her claim to fame is herself.
BUT ... she did almost secure the part of
Rain Robinson, in VOYAGER - permanently:

ARTICLE: Sarah Silverman was almost a Star Trek: Voyager regular

Instead, we only got a Taste of Honey ...

So emotive. So expressive ...

Naturally, her fanbase even started some fairly interesting Fan
Fiction, revolving around the character Rain Robinson [Rated PG]:
