fan movies are rarely interesting and are always poorly written and executed.

You can actually do that? I had no idea people make fan films. I'm pretty good at story telling, but I doubt I can make any kind of film. Is there some place I can see some of these films?

Make that see them for free, I don't wanna pay to see a terrible, poorly written and executed fan film. Come to think about it, it sounds neat, I know fans write books, that's why I assumed you were talking about a book.

"Of Gods and Men" is considered the best with many actors and the highest budget. It is also free on the internet, but it is so terribly bad I couldn't make it through. It was another time travel/alternate dimension story which made it bad from the start. I've said we need a fan fiction sub forum here but the admins pay no attention.

...for the bad guys of DS9 to have been the Borg?
Sisko has a very personal grudge against the Borg, what with them killing his wife and all, they still could've had the Cardies but the Borg would've added even more drama to the show.
I loved how DS9 turned out and it actually didn't need the Borg but wouldn't it have been - logical?

[/quote YES YOU ARE RIGHT BUT I WONDER HOW THE WAR WITH THE DOMINION WOULD BE , WHO SIDE WOULD THEY TAKE AND WOULD THEY FIGHT ALONE WITH EVERYBODY, MOST INTERESTING.

The Borg would side with nobody, depending on how many Borg ships, if the Dominion was being wiped out, the Federation would help them against the Borg. But it wouldn't have happened in my idea for the ep they never made.

Well, the wormhole is to the gamma quadrant. So it would have been logical, but the Dominion Wars had to be accounted for.

If the Borg were in DS9 they would not have joined any side. They would be alone like they always are. VOY should have featured some assimilated Jem'Hadar and Vorta! That'd have been cool, ay!
