I have trek models and desktop backgrounds in my office and as seen in the galleries, I wore my kirk uniform to the shuttle launch pad. I definitely am a nerd . . . and a legend!

Definitely O'Brien in DS9, but in the Original Series, I actually think it was Spock. The writers knew that everyone loved him, so all kinds of weird crap was done to him.
Especially in the episode 'The Apple'. He got stabbed by thorns, struck by lightening, nearly blown up when he threw a rock away. Although I think having your brain cut out and put back in in an amateurish manner must take the cake of bad things happening.

Lol, The Apple is exactly the episode that always comes to my mind, too! That and "Operation: Annihilate!" And yes, of course, Spock's Brain. In fact, there aren't many episodes where something strange DOESN'T happen to Spock. Poor guy.

I like to act like Spock's Brain doesn't exist. So . . . bad.

Yes, but like every other "Bad" episode of TOS, it totally falls into the "So bad it's good" category now. I rewatched it with a friend and just cracked up the entire way through.

Nog! Quark! But Wesley takes the Oscar.

It's strange, being a catalyst for things that move outside.

It's funny how much Spock gets tooled on in "The Apple."

Talk about a bad day...!

I still say Checkov has it the worst.

Very true. Don't forget the THUGLY woman that Chekov got stuck with in the TOS episode "The Gamesters of Triskelion" :shudders:
