It doesn't work like that. Remember, the hubble is made to focus on objects deep within the universe so it wouldn't be able to focus clearly on the moon's surface. Same as spy satellites are made to focus on objects much closer than the moon's surface so they couldn't focus either. It would be like holding a piece of paper up to your nose and trying to read.

The LRO recorded pictures of the landing sites earlier this year, and you can see the shadows of the decent stages very clearly. However, if someone doesn't want to believe, no amount of evidence will convince them. They will say new evidence was also orchestrated. That is why NASA doesn't try reaching out to such morons, all efforts would be fruitless.
