I know that this is not the correct place to put this, but if anyone could point me in the right direction, that'd be a help.  Anyway, did any of you watch Andromeda?  What did you think of it?

The topic belongs in the Ten Forward board.

I watched Andromeda and I really liked it, except for the last season. They could've gone further with the show if they'd stuck with the formula from the first 2 seasons which was trying to resurrect the alliance or whatever it was called, and deciphering the whole Magog thing for the viewers.

I stopped mid-season 2 when Robert Hewitt Wolfe left as headwriter. The series took a turn for the worse. (Warning Brief Spolier) Captain Hunt went from  a small handful of allies to 50 worlds signing his charter in no time at all. It made little sense other than moving the show in a new direction. captainroe is correct regarding the formula and premise regarding the show's first season.

I agree with the general opinion here - the first two seasons were good, but then it started to go off the track.

The last season was garbage.

The first couple of seasons were okay - nothing to be a big fan of. The last season was absolutely terrible.

The first 2 seasons were very good, a little bumpier from then on and the last season was very strange and confusing, even frustrating for me.

However, all and all it was enjoyable but not great

I really did enjoy Andromeda. I enjoyed it more than that other Roddenberry show Earth: Final Conflict which I also liked.

Thanks Yanks!
Okay, yeah I saw a couple of episodes. As I recall I liked it, but it was not on at a convenient time for me to watch on a regular basis.(but I did like Sorbo's other series, Hercules)
