In the scene with Sisko and Dukat and Winn at the fire caves I found some suttle similarities between it and the scenes with Mitchell and Kirk in "Where No Man Has Gone Before".

For instance, Kirk comes looking for Gary with a phaser rifle, Sisko comes looking for Dukat with a phaser rifle, Gary uses his powers and knows that Kirk is near before he can see him, Dukat uses the power of the pah-wraiths and does the same thing. Gary uses his powers and throws the phaser rifle away, so does Dukat. Gary forces Kirk to get on his knees and pray, Dukat forces Sisko to bow down to him.
