No  "R" Rated Star Trek.

There's no need to drop he "f" word or show some ones brains being spattered across the bridge.

I think PG-13 would be okay, just because it can reach a lot more people than an R movie could and they could be more creative than with a PG or G movie.

Okay, okay. Since folks KEEP asking, I say let's make it quintuple X-rated with a skull and crossbones icon next to the fifth X.

It'll show blood, murder, mayhem, sex and all sorts of filth and flarn. Klingon be'joy. Pon farr battles and the sweet, sweet spoils of victory. A risian orgy complete with scenes of jamaharon.

OR

It'll be rated PG/PG-13 to capture the widest possible audience.

Who knows?

In my opinion, I think the next Star Trek sequel should be rated PG

Try to get a big audience

PG-13 is where I am most comfortable for a Star Trek film.

This will allow for a story that is mature, but not so much to exclude a younger crowd.  I always want Star Trek to be accessible to a wide demographic.  That will ensure its success in the long-term in my opinion.

I agree with 24thcenstfan, I wouldnt want a Star Trek to be R, It needs to expand its sucsess. Gene Rodenberry (I hope I spelled his name right)

Haha! I agree. It's no good unless it's been banned in 97 countries.

If JJ Abrams is doing it, it must be rated S for STUPID.
