My bestest GF tells me that the Latte' was nice.

It's freezing outside at 11C. Just as well I have a wood fire to hug and a brown c(o)at to wear.

It's strange, being a catalyst for things that move outside.

Thought it funny to make a note of this: I was watching an old episode of my new favorite series "Psych" today, and they made some funny references to TOS (not including the episode in the first season where George Takei guest stars).

This post is mostly for those of you who watch "Psych" like I do. For those of you who don't, you may need to look up some stuff about it on Google or Wikipedia lol.

Okay... It's an episode from the second season. Shawn wanted to look into a case that Gus didn't want to, because they weren't assigned to it. But, of course, Shawn did anyway. It was a case about a series of robberies that took place, one of them ending in murder. Well, each house that was robbed had a security system from a company called "StarTek." As soon as I heard that name, I knew there would be something Star Trek in it! lol So then Shawn goes to StarTek, where he is talking to the guard. He keeps calling him Spock, though the guard insists that Spock is NOT his name. So Shawn says, "You'll just have to take that up with Bones and get back with me later." Well, Lassie and Jewels are there, and they hear Shawn come in. Lassie, of course, rolls his eyes and asks Shawn what he is doing there. Shawn tells him that he first felt drawn here when, for some reason, he started getting a tingle in his ear, then his ears seemed pointier (like Vulcan ears basically! lol). Then he held up his hand in the Vulcan symbol for "live long and prosper," and said that his hand just suddenly started doing that... "Like that old show!" he said. "Oh, Star Trek!" Jewels shouted. So Lassie rolled his eyes again, and said that he got it: Star Trek, StarTek. Okay.

So that's my thought of the day lol. (Sorry for any confusion to any non-Psych fans out there.) =)
