@Commander_Zelkar- Yes, He writes the way he does intentionally. He knows it is frustrating to others but has stated it is our problem not his. He has also threatened some folks that have questioned him about it. Like any troll, he finds it amusing to annoy others. He has even created a sock puppet and accuses himself of being a troll who has stollen his identity.
