^You got the FINAL? BBCA had no DW last weekend so we only got 2nd-to-last. Britain's already seen the Finale. What a cliffhanger, tonight! I suspected some of it about Amy, but not all of it...

I'm quite good! Over at the other site, active as ever. Learning Swedish and Croatian online these days.  Goin' to Sweden to visit long-lost relatives next year! Been fun striking up a friendship with several distant cousins on that side and on this side of the pond.

Wow about the language learning. I hope you enjoy Sweden next year. I hope to cross that way, anywhere in Europe really. Still have a lot of sourthern islands with palm trees to visit.

Unfortunately, I don't get BBCA. I WISH I did. I was visiting family a few weeks ago the night prior to series 6 premiere and caught bits of a marathon. I have to watch DW off iTunes, youtube, and other online sites. There were some elements I managed to guess, or at least recognize as significant, but still so many surprises. I actually just got done watching the finale and it's going to be difficult to wait until Fall.

If I had a time machine, I'd jump from one British Saturday to the next.

For my part I did not think of it as "Bad" as much as I thought it was not up to the standard of the rest of Season Four, it was a little confusing, and did feel like the writers were in the middle of "giving up".

It could have done with less of the TNG stuff, and would not have hurt to set it in the same year as the rest of the series. And okay it's what we got, fine. And like I said, it's not bad to me as much as "middling". Just a bit of a let-down maybe, given the calibre of the remainder of the season, and especially knowing that we would never get another high-quality episode.

I don't understand the need to incorprate TNG into the episode, as far as I was concerened TNG was finished, I dont think it would've been as disappointing if they had just made it an Enterprise episode.

Good to see a few Bond fans on here!

Hopefully we will see Craig return soon (once the finances are sorted out).
