Does anyone know of any Star Trek conventions in the U.K, I did a google search but with no results...

Loads of cons in the UK. Servalan is refering to the signing events, such as Collectormania which happen every few months. But there are many sci fi conventions featuring star trek actors. SF Ball usually have trek guests, a ST con called Warp One is happening in Nov. and Terry Farrell is at a Starfury con next year. Google - Massive Events, SF Ball, SFX weekender, Starfury events, just to name a few.

Yeah same question here. Not just conventions but any local groups or whatever, I don't know how you go about finding them... it'd sure be nice to be able to be amongst people who don't groan loudly whenever you mention those words!

@oldyelloweyes, sorry been away in the US, doing Dragoncon, Intrepid is made in scotland http://www.starshipintrepid.net/index.htm

No Cons at the moment I know of, one has recently been cancelled in Glasgow though. Lots happening in Newcastle if thats any good, Dr Who con 12-14 Nov and a Klingon party the same weekend.
