To camorite. It is likely that there would be a regular edition of the Enterprise, and then the "special model extra super dee dooper" edition that would have 8000 pieces.

Whoo-hoo. It would be great to have any Star Trek ship, right MiniSpock? Even perhaps a TOS bridge with a little Lego Kirk and Spock and a captain's chair, huh? My young nephew loves the Star Wars Legos, too.
I love your avatar, by the way. I met the real guy in Vegas.

Generally LEGO releases a set of six or seven models at once, with a variety of sizes and prices. With the new minifig craze they also release a batch of LEGO minifigs that are characters in the new set.
I would imagine that they would do the same with Star Trek, beginning with the latest movie. For instance the "Jellyfish" would be a cool set.

Oh, yeah. A "Jellyfish" would be great, especially if it included a minifig of the older Spock. Maybe they wouldn't make that ship big enough for a minifig though.
With all this great talk, I wish they were releasing these suggested sets now. Would love to buy and build myself (and put on display...sounds really great!).
I could also buy for my little nephew for the holidays (he loves Legos)....get him started in Star Trek, too. (likes Star Wars and Yoda right now)..........

Loved LEGO Batman, and it would be cool to have a LEGO ST game that lets fans explore the different series (though especially TOS), the ships, and the many alien worlds. We should get a petition going and send it to the LEGO game people, or go to the offices and make them sign a contract at phaserpoint.
