I use to play with Macromedia Technologies and there is not enough Flash on this website, I have some ideas on how to make this website a whole lot better. You could make it more like the federation website, something like this, http://www.3template.com/futuristic-flash-web-site-template.php
heres an artist who used flash,
http://www.ericserra.com/

Never let me slip, cause if I slip, then I'm slippin.

Maybe threads should be deleted after being inactive after 6 months or so. Either that, or find a way to search for threads on certain subjects so we don't repeat ourselves before posting new threads and this way older, but good, comments stay relevant.
We've already lost too much of st.coms history IMO. Lets try to preserve what's left.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but when we upload a photo, we should be able to go back and edit the description (typo, forgot something, etc.)

The Matthias Russell campaign would like to officially recommend posting at least a healthy sampling of episodes of all the series. We believe they could be posted perhaps for members viewing only to encourage joining the site. We also don't believe that posting all the episodes in the franchise would be out of the question, at least on a rotation basis. Posting more episodes and allowing members to post feedback on them would benefit the franchise by allowing feedback on the shows which would allow trek to see what people do and do not like which would help in the creation of new material.

We would also like to suggest posting out of print novels for members' viewing, especially 'relaunch' novels. The books are no longer generating revenue so why not? Also it would encourage purchases of the new books still in circulation.

Lastly, the Matthias Russell campaign would like to request a members' salad bar complete with chocolate pudding at the vegas convention.

I'm now behind Lieutenant Jedi's idea of posting all episodes of all series on the site for member viewing. Lets face it, nobody is buying the box sets in a down economy and the discussion in the series forums is dying. All anyone wants to discuss is the abrams movies. If the site posted more complete episodes, it would hopefully stimulate discussion and interest in voy and ds9. You warmed interest in trek again, CBS but that interest is cooling. If politicians understand injecting cash into a starving economy, why can't this site understand infusing more video?

That was intentional

I have a spell-checker built into Firefox, to make sure I spell everything right, but I usually do without it.

They could even (re)sell commercial time in the streaming videos. Since the episodes have been paid for a dozen times over by now, it's pure profit on the part of CBS.

Hey sweetheart, how are you?

It's strange, being a catalyst for things that move outside.
