OKAY.  So, I just finished watching all 4 seasons of STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE again, but this was only the second time I had seen the complete episodes of "Demons" and "Terra Prime".  FANTASTIC episodes and they wrap up the show very well.

We all know how we individually feel about TATV, and I ALMOST did not watch it again, but decided, "Frak it, I'll watch it."

HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING!!!  If you have already seen this, please, forgive my tardiness!

One of the first scenes of TATV opens in Ten-Forward on the "D" and we see a waitress pick up drinks and start to cross the room.  Now, PAY ATTENTION!  As she crosses the room, you can clearly (with pause button, or frame by frame) pick out Captain Picard, Data, and a Betazoid representative having a conversation.  BEHIND them is a Ferengi playing 3-D chess with........Commander Riker!!  The camera next moves across Ten-Forward to show Riker and Troi sitting together discussing Riker's quandry about Admiral Pressman!!

TWO THINGS TO POINT OUT......
#1- This is not a Holodeck program!

#2- It is, however, the episode "Menage a' Trois"!!!

It's weird what you find when you aren't even looking!

In one scene you can see Riker talking to Troi and then in the backround behind them is Riker talking to Troi.

No one knew that?! Really? Um... I guess I have too much time on my hands... when I'm bored I read like everything about Star Trek. Memory Alpha and Ex-Astris-Scientia. Both sites pointed out this error. They used the scene from Menage-a-Troi and then transitioned that into the new footage with, um... correct me if I'm wrong, but... I'm thinking some 3D magic? I don't remember, but, anyway...

Ooooo, I might just have to watch it myself, then maybe I can delete it from my files, since I have the DVDs now.  Just couldn't watch it when I recorded it way long time ago.

Hey, on a somewhat off topic......did y'all notice that of the seven main characters/actors, Trip/Connor was the first one with dialog in Broken Bow....

[Space pod]

(approaching a spaceship in spacedock)
TUCKER: The ventral plating team says they'll be done in about three days.
ARCHER: Be sure they match the colour to the nacelle housings.
TUCKER: You planning to sit on the hull and pose for some postcards?
ARCHER: Maybe. God, she's beautiful.
TUCKER: And fast. Warp four point five next Thursday.
ARCHER: Neptune and back in six minutes. Let's take a look at the lateral sensor array.
TUCKER: Give me a second.
ARCHER: Slow down. There, those are the ports that buckled during the last test. They need to be reinforced. (Tucker makes a note and the pod bounces against the ship's hull) Great, you scratched the paint.
TUCKER: Sorry.

and if you are like me and choose Demons/Terra Prime as the true last episode for our seven main characters/actors, Trip/Connor has the last line of dialog....

[T'Pol's quarters]

T'POL: Come in.
TUCKER: (trying not to cry) The delegates at the conference, they've asked about the service for, for Elizabeth. They want to attend.
T'POL: She was important.
TUCKER: There's something else. I spoke with Phlox. It turns out there was a flaw in the technique that Paxton's doctors used in the cloning process. Human DNA and Vulcan DNA, Phlox says there's no medical reason why they can't combine. So if a Vulcan and a human ever decided to have a child, it'd probably be okay. And that's sort of comforting.
(T'Pol takes his hand)

I thought that was really cool.

It was probably the only way to get the correct shot and angles for the scene, although some editing could have fixed it.

I guess there's one in every crowd and this time it appears to by my turn :eyesroll:

The problem here is if we see Riker both playing 3-D chess with a Ferengi AND sitting with Troi discussing Riker's quandry about Admiral Pressman, at least one of them can't be real. This actually gives credence to it being a holoprogram.

Maybe it's that Thomas guy from that one episode?
