JESUS ON ICE SKATES I give up.

You'd be surprised just how difficult it is to find a decent image of a plain old frigging STICK.

Just pretend I posted a picture of one anyways.

sticks were AWESOME! we sometimes used them to build scale models of the cabins we intended to build in the "dead forest" -- the part of the woods with all these dead trees you could just push over and use.

with forked sticks, you had all KINDS of building options.

so Chronic, did you (as in my earlier posts) ever get to sit around and hit rocks with a hammer? brilliant, when our dad let us borrow the "old" hammer.

or get to dig a hole. THAT would kill an afternoon.

I'm old enough to have gotten (& still have) the original Mego ST figures.  Like Julian Bashir, I still have my teddy bear, Teddy, who arrived at my house before I was even home from the hospital.  His name is not as original as Kukalaka, but he's well loved.  I didn't do any sugery on him, but fortunateky my wife knows how to sew. Julian's Girl - no offense, but your sunshine family dolls look like they're wearing those visors Spock & co. used in Is There In Truth...

I remember mine fondly. I always felt it was a cross between Thunderbird 2 and a Rover SD1.

I had one of those, but it never worked as well as on tv. Darn carpeting & linoleum!

True-but you can take off those 'visors' and the dolls will be normal afterwards

Pancakes? Weird.

I never had a teddy when i was a kid, but I did have one when I was a baby. And I accidentally pulled his nose off just from wearing him down. I had another teddy apparently which my mum pinched and gave to my baby brother (he's a year and a half younger'n me.) and Daniel was leaning over the Sydney Harbour bridge while we were on holiday -- and dropped him in the Harbour.

Had some other soft toys -- now I have lots! Mum says too many. But when I was little I was seriously creeped out by dolls. Used to push them away if people tried to give them to me.

Dark Tower Online

I loved this game! One of my cousins and I would always play this when he came to visit, he loved it!! I was looking for one to buy him for a Christmas present but he killed himself before I could get him one. :(

It took me quite a while before I played that game, but I did play it once to show two of my boys what it was. And I am playing the online one, but it has been about 10 years in between. Still brings up memories of Alfie.
