One person on You tube offered this as the story behind that "Ghost"

that womans name was amber descoti. she had 3 children one fell off a cliff and the other 2 died of the flu she was depressed so she went to the train station and commited suicide the wierd thing is at her funeral there was three young boys who showed up and after that her grave was dug up and the body was missing

My attention was captured by the strange ghostly orb things over so many peoples' faces!

Not to mention that they're allowed to smoke inside restaurants in Japan!
