The Space channel was showing this episode right now and I just saw this girl in one of the new grey uniforms as Kira gave her speech. Anyone have any idea on who she is?

It should be on a youtube video "Star Trek DS9 The Visitor; Angra Rainy Nights STMV AMV" somewhere at 1:14. She is standing to kira's Right, sorry the quality isnt that good but I dont think I could find a whole episode on the net legally.

Random extra, it would seem.

Also -- looking closely -- I'm not sure that's a later grey uniform. I think it might just be an ordinary yellow and black engineering / security uniform, but poorly lit.

No I watched the Episode on TV on the Space channel, It was the only grey uniform Officier and you can tell from the open V from the collar to the mid-chest, If I still had Photoshop with me I could brighten the image more. It just seems random but some stuff that are shown on Star trek might say more than it seems.
