Let ALIEN** rest. After the fecal crapfest of alien 3, rez & the avps, either DON'T make anymore ALIEN movies or if they must, just go the reboot/reimagining/remake route.

Another suggestion is if an ALIEN** film must be made, make a quality intelligent sequel by pulling a "Superman Returns"* & completely ignoring the disappointing alien 3, atrocious rez & fecal avps.

If SR* can ignore superman 3 & 4, ALIEN can ignore 3, rez et al.

That is all.

*I've never seen "Superman Returns" so I don't know how good or bad it is, but SR did the smart thing of ignoring the lulzy supes 3 &  bad supes 4.

** Ridley Scott directed ALIEN. James Cameron directed ALIENS. David Fincher directed alien 3. Jean Pierre Jeunet directed alien rez. Some dude or dudes strung together the avps.

Any new Alien films will need someone to pick up where Sigourney Weaver left off, she was a tough act to follow

I think this is a great Idea. From what i hear the story is going to focus on Space Jockey. That should be interesting.

I'll watch it. I will only hope for the best...
