I only add salt to homemade chips. English chips. And to mash potato with the pepper, otherwise I don't use either.

Pepper adds more flavor than salt and doesn't increase your sodium intake.

Depends on what food you have.

But I do like table salt on most things especially salads,cold and cooked meats,vegetables and on soups.
I don't use as much table pepper.

I once had smoked salt at a steakhouse here in Dubai.  It was like having a bonfire in your mouth - weird. :bugout:
