In the book Voyager " Unworthy " Why would we have a all holographic crew? What do you think about having a entire holographic crew running your ship?? I would be uneasy about the whole thing.

As I understood it, the holographic ship is a hospital ship. And that ship also has flesh & blood crew. But I can see where having both on a ship, esp a hospital ship, could be a good thing.

It's been awhile since I've read that one, but I'm thinking that I'm remembering it right
