You know the CBO said it would take years for the banks to pay back all the bailouts. So really, I think most people of intelligence are gonna wait till the ACTUAL data comes in.

So go ahead and shoot a load in your pants over it. Just like you did about the bailouts and we all know how that turned out.

Only problem is that it's not a report. It's an estimate. In other words, it's what they think will happen as a result. If it were a report, it would say what has already happened, but since this bill barely passed, it's kinda impossible to have something like that, now isn't it?
