"What about Garak?" "I want him back, too. I suppose I don't have to tell you to keep a close eye on him?" "At the first sign of betrayal, I will kill him. But I promise to return the body intact." "I assume that's a joke." "We will see." - Worf and Sisko, regarding Garak (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")

I like in First Contact when the assimilated satellite is sent off and Worf says...
"Assimilate this."
Then he shoots the satellite.

Worf has a sense of humor that some people might appreciate while others might not. He was the first Klingon in service for the Federation. He might possibly have appeared on more film footage than anyone else in Star Trek. Think about it. He did all 7 seasons of The Next Generation, as well as the last 4 seasons of Deep Space Nine. Did I forget the movies he appeared in? Worf was definately a major character, with a sense of humor that only some can appreciate.

Michael Dorn was incredible at delivering one liners on this show - he was sort of like Arnold Schwarzenegger, except he could act.
My favorite is one previously mentioned: "I am not a merry man!"
Unfortunately I think this ability sort of relegated him to comic relief in the films, which didn't have time for a deeper look into the character like the tv series.

From Deja Q: Q: I have no powers. Q the ordinary. PICARD: Q the liar. Q the misanthrope. Q: Q the miserable. Q the desperate. What must I do to convince you people? WORF: Die. Q: Oh, very clever, Worf. Eat any good books lately?

lol..
Guinan: "You, you always drink alone. It wouldn't hurt you to seek out a little...companionship." Worf: "I would require a Klingon woman for...'companionship'. Earth females are too fragile."
Guinan: "Not all of them. There are a few on this ship that would find you... tame."
Worf: [Laughs] "Impossible."
Guinan: "You never know until you try."
Worf: "Then I will never know."
Guinan: "Coward."
Worf: "I was merely concerned for the...safety of my crewmates."
Guinan: "Drink your prune juice." ("Yesterday's Enterprise")

I personally found it hilarious that Worf is suppose to be some kind of badass but always gets his ass kicked by any and everything thats not a Klingon. He even got his ass kicked by a bunch of bouncing barrels. Hell did even one of his suggestions ever not get shot down in at the conference table? You'd think after enough "No Mr Worf, we don't want to provoke hostilities" or something he'd snap and kill everyone. At least he did alright once he got to DS9.
