So many touching moments...I can't talk about only one, or two...

Star Trek! It seems that I have loved it for all my life!!!I always loved Captain James T. Kirk and all the crew from all the following starships, too!! It's such a wonderful futuristic vision for mankind!! I will love them all forever!!!

I don't really think this qualifies as a "moment," but I find Voyager's theme quite moving.
Whenever I hear it, I suddenly feel as though I am on Voyager; like I'm a part of their journey. Somehow that feeling makes me tear up a bit every time I hear the theme.

Goodbye. I am gone.

Interesting, CaptainMauin, I always thought that Voyagers theme was fantastic, and the very first to come into my mind when I think of Star Trek music.

Perhaps it is not as good as the others mentioned, but the moment that stands out in my mind is at the end of the "Year of Hell" episode when Janeway crashes Voyager into the Krenim timeship. That was awesome!

Still haven't seen s6 or 7... but from s1-5 I'd have to choose the scene in s3's "Remember" when Korenna (B'Elaana) starts raising her fist as her lover gets executed.

The most moving moment in VOY came in one of the few good VOY episodes that were produced

It occured in "Phage" where Janeway tears up when the Vidiians (a sensationally good concept) explained the situation their people were dealing with.

Why was it moving?

Because the Vidiians inspire two emotions, revulsion and sympathy at the same time.

When Neelix leaves and Tuvok dances for him

Call me Doc, 'k? StarTrek.com's Resident Holographic Whovian since 2010.

add to that the last scene of the episode when seven of nine's borg son dies saving Voyager.

also when he's laying there dying and she says " you must comply...please...you are hurting me." and then he says "you will adapt" and dies.
and then of course the tears in the mirror.
Voyager had so many moving moments. thats why its my favorite. it touched my heart where no other series has and no other series will ever be as great.

Reading thru the responses, I decided to watch the 37s episode (even though, obivously, ! knew what was going to happen) and when Captain Janeway walks into the empty cargo bay- shoo, that one gets me everytime.
