Voyager was great but Neelix made it hard to watch. He is the worst. Wesley was pretty bad also.

Nelix is the most insignificant character in all of tv. The Traveler is also right up there on my list. I suppose Tasha Yar was pretty insignificant for her to be killed off in the first season.

Let me add Kai Opaka, and all of the Skrreeans in the DS9 ep Sanctuary. I hated all of them, they were gross.
