NX-01.
To me, it seems like the most comfortable starship. Everything's close, and the people are close too. And something about the design.
Plus, you don't have holodecks. That means no intelligent holograms taking over the ship because they see your pilot turn someone into a cow(glares at Paris). That didn't happen on an Enterprise, but it could've.
And I don't think any other ship has a captain's mess either. And the doctor keeps pets in sickbay, which makes it less hospital-ish. And there isn't that annoying alarm for Red-Alert or Tactical-Alert or whatever. And, and, and....etc.
The best ship, the best crew.

My vote goes to The 1701 Re-fit/1701-A.
I've seen the TOS movies so many times that the Connie refit is easily my favorite ship of them all.

I suppose the "Enterprise-E" would be a second-place finisher in my book:

Tough one. I personally rule out the shuttle, NX-01, and 1701(XI). 1701(TOS) and 1701-E are okay, but not my favorite. 1701-B and C are cool. I'd have to say that right now my fave is the 1701-D The design of 1701-J makes no sense to me. The saucer section looks flat with windows on the ceiling and floor. Maybe I'm seeing it wrong.

Remember the two dimensional thingies in TNG the Ent-D got trapped in??
Maybe they joined the UFP and operate the J. |

I love the Ent-A, but nothing beats the classic Connie. And don't get me started on that hideous rip-off they made last year, I mean the real Connie!

There's no angle that makes that ship look good...
 |
Awwww, give it a chance!! I think THAT particular angle looks like the Old School Enterprise more than any other pic I've seen.
Granted, the next two pics posted weren't very good at all as far as I'm concerned... but anyways.. |
I think the angle where the new enterprise is flying away from earth is pretty good.
