Sorry for the odd topic title (ARCHER: Small chance). Mistake and it won't let me edit.
I was reminded last night while watching Boarderland that Enterprise had so many beautiful moments between characters.
T'Pol's face when Archer gave her the compass after she joined Starfleet.
ARCHER: Small chance. One other thing. (picks up a wooden, brass-bound box from his desk) It's your first official day of duty, Commander T'Pol. A present. It's from the early twentieth century. Should help keep you pointed in the right direction. (it's a ship's compass) I'm glad you're with us. T'POL: Thank you, Captain.

Enterprise had so many of those touching moments between characters. Anyone have any favorites?

This scene (Awakening) went by kind of fast, but I found it touching--Surak reaching out across the centuries. Archer doesn't doubt it's Surak; he just doubts himself. ARCHER: This doesn't feel like a dream. SURAK: You're seeing the past through my eyes. ARCHER: Syrran did something to me before he died. SURAK: He chose you. You don't trust Vulcans, Captain. And, given your experiences with them, I can't say I blame you. The culture you've come to know isn't the one I helped to create. My people have strayed, and someone must restore them to the path. ARCHER: You've got the wrong man. SURAK: Sorry, Captain. There's an Earth expression: We're stuck with each other. Don't fight what's been given to you. Open your mind and your heart and the way will become clear.

I found Trip/T'Pol's whole situation in Terra Prime touching--the child, and their being strong-armed and manipulated by Paxton: TUCKER: You really think I'm going to help you turn that array into a weapon? PAXTON; You really think I'm going to give you a choice? ...of course, we know Trip did still only pretend to co-operate; Paxton was threatening the destruction of innocents on Earth--the Xindi test weapon all over again.

Trip watching T'Pol get married. SO many mixed emotions, all of them poignant and some of them painful.

My all-time favorite connection is the one that was most unexpected, in Breaking the Ice. T'Pol begrudgingly seeks Tucker's advice on whether or not to leave Enterprise to fulfill her arranged marriage, and this "emotional, impulsive" guy is surprisingly compassionate, insightful--and thoughtful.
TUCKER: What do you want to do? T'POL: That is irrelevant. TUCKER: No, it's not. It's very relevant. Do you want to go back and marry this guy, spend a year with him, ten years, a hundred years, or do you want to stay on Enterprise? T'POL: I have an obligation. TUCKER: You've got an obligation to yourself. You've spent the last year around humans. If there's one thing you should have learned it's that we're free to make our own decisions. There's a lot to be said for personal choice. T'POL: If you'd spent the last year on Vulcan, you would have learned that our commitment to tradition outweighs personal choice. TUCKER: I respect your customs, but this marriage was arranged when you were a kid! A lot's happened since then. People change. T'POL: Vulcans don't. TUCKER (his "Tucker" look): Really.

What about the end of Terra Prime when their child dies? Then Trip talks about how they could have a child if they wanted to.

Tear-jerker. Trinneer had the ability to make me cry when he cried. (Except when Tucker cried during For Whom the Bell Tolls...)
