I speculate it rotates nightly into a parallel 11 dimensional  bane which one day in trillions of years will accumulate enough mass converted to dark energy to cause the parallel bane to fold and create a monoblok of humungus mass in a singularity and hey presto .... a new universe !!!

Ah the rogue sock issue .... we'll deal with that paradoxical problem in due cause, I've an interesting theory based on the quantum mechanical aspects , duality and observability of socks too.
