Yup. Use one of the myriad Adobe products - Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator...

I do it by opening th png. in Photoshop and then 'Save As' and from the drop down menu on the 'Save' window, I select jpg. and hit save. you can re-name the file or it will just save under the original title, but in a jpg as well as your original png.
