I distinctly remember a screencap with Archer pouring out some coffee. I believe it was from either the Syrannite arc or the Romulan arc.

they had all kinds of coffee and tea in ENT and right on through VOY.

and sure, there was that root beer in DS9.

I'll bet they also had ginger ale--Vernors.

They all got hopped up on caffeine. Picard and earl grey, Sisco with rocktachino(SP?), Janeway was always swilling coffee in her ready room, even when Voyager was in shambles, and rationing hard.
