Compliments of TrekMovie:

Updated 2010 Schedule of Star Trek Books

Finally, I can get my hands on Seven Deadly Sins!

The Saavik and Captian Pike novels sound excellent too.

Plus a new Myriad Universes set of novellas. 2010 may not be so bad after all.

Shame no Vanguard though. :(

^ I might too. I'm not going to play it, but I am very interested in the 25 year "history" they built up.

It looks great.   I particularly like the sounds of the Saavik book.   I also think that they've hit on a good idea of reprinting the Laurell K. Hamilton book.    It isn't much for us, but I am sure a lot of her new fans will be surprised to see a "new" Trek book from their author.

I wasn't greatly looking forward to the New Universe Trek books, but does anyone know if they have been cancelled or are they being published as well as these?

Officialy, they have been postponed so "JJ and his team can develop their vision to a greater degree". Or something like that.

Pocket have said they will be published, but maybe not until after Star Trek XII hits the screens in June 2012. That's why some books this year are reprints.

I was wondering about that one, but I never really decided. It sounded slightly interesting to me, but the blurb didn't grab me like the Saavik and Captain Pike novels.

I may give it a miss now.

instead of reprints or reissues i wish they'd move up some of the other trek releases.  btw, does anyone know if VOY will be included or excluded from the "typhon pact" story line?

I'd wish they'd get back to CLASSIC TNG, pre-"Generations"
classic crew with Data. Data was the heart of TNG and it seems they're not so great without him.  :(

Typhoon has me very interested, as does the Peter David and the S.C.E. So, even without any Vanguard, 2010 should be a fairly decent year, Trek-novel wise.
