3 Cyan Peppers
1 brown paper bag of feces
A bamboo cannon that shoots diamonds

As far as we know Lobot has no combat skills at all nor any other skills other than he has some kind of cybernetic attachment to the back of his head. I have never heard of Lal.

As far as we know, neither of them have any combat skills. That doesn't change the validity of the question or of the presented scenario.
